Garlic and Kale Pesto

This garlic kale pesto is quick to put together and so tasty during the summer months.

All you need to do is grab some kale, garlic, salt, olive oil, pine nuts and lemon juice. Blender those ingredients together until smooth and top your favourite meals with it. I love this on a juicy burger with some tomatoes and bacon. It’s so good.

Description

An easy and delicious topping for your pizza or burgers. This garlic kale pesto is sure to impress during your next get together.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 2 cups of kale
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Combine all your ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse your ingredients until the mixture is smooth
  3. Use on burgers, pasta, pizza, etc
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
