After each trip we take to Disney World, I always seem to get asked a lot of questions from friends and family. One of the most popular questions I get is ‘what restaurants would you recommend for first-timers?’ I’m not going to lie to you, this was actually a hard question to answer. There are seriously so many wonderful table service options at Walt Disney World but I have narrowed it down to my top 5 favourites that first-timers should visit.
Read MoreA Review of Goodfood

If you follow my Instagram, then you probably noticed back in December that I tried out a few meal delivery services, one of them being Goodfood. I should mention that I was not asked to review them, this isn’t a sponsored post, nor was I paid anything to try them. I was just at a point in my life where I was struggling to keep up with my schedule, with therapy, Christmas around the corner, toddler meltdowns, blogging, and coursework, dinner was the last thing on my mind. Chris’ schedule was really no better, and we all became tired of soup and crackers for dinner every night. Then as I was watching a YouTube video, a Good Food commercial came on, and I thought ‘hmm I’ll give that a try’ and here we are. After a few weeks of meals, we were pretty impressed.
It’s Been A While But I’m BACK!
Happy August, friends!

It’s been such a long time since I’ve updated the blog. Life has been busy. I started an Intensive Public Relations program at Ryerson back in May and just finished it today. Oh my goodness. I am never going to take an intensive certificate program again. It wasn’t that the content sucked or the people were awful, it was just extremely stressful and intense…I know that shouldn’t be a surprise considering it’s called an ‘instensive’ program but this was really hard on my anxiety. I’m glad to be done with it and now I can focus on the blog again.
So stay tuned, I’ve got a few blog series coming up!

Talks about finance, mental health, happiness, storytelling, procrastination, and the list goes on. There seems to be a TED Talk for every topic. You might already be familiar with TED Talks, but if you’re not I’ll give you some information about it. TED is a nonprofit organization that is all about starting discussions and sharing ideas about many topics in many languages. Many of the speakers are inspiring to listen to. It’s all about sharing ideas and generating discussions.
