Over 15 bullet journal templates

So I’ve started a bullet journal, and guys, I love it! I’m finding it is so much more flexible than my happy planner and my Erin Condren. I’ll still keep my Erin Condren and Happy Planner but I think the one I’ll keep in my purse is my bullet journal. This week I’ve been working on getting my journal filled out since I have been noticing that my migraines are increasing recently, I decided that starting in July until next July, I should be tracking my migraines and headaches. Anyone who suffers from migraines knows what a pain they can be and sometimes it’s an even bigger pain to find out what triggers them. So this is the first layout for my migraines, the first step is to track how often I am getting them and then I can cross-reference them in my journal with my daily weather page, meal planners, etc.

Do you suffer from migraines? How do you deal with them? Also, have you ever used a bullet journal planner? Let me know in the comments, and tag me in your bullet journal layouts on instgram (@withlovefrombex) I would love to see your layouts!
