This delicious and easy whipped coffee is just amazing. Whether topped over a glass of ice cold milk or on brownies, the flavour is just so rich and creamy.

- 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Hot Water
Instructions
- Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a large bowl.
- Using a hand blender, blend for 2-3 minutes or until your mixture becomes a whip with medium stiff peaks. You can hand whip it with a whisk but that will take you a while.
- Fill a glass with ice and milk and top with the whipped coffee.
Notes
You can make this topping and use it for just about anything. Top your brownies with it, cheesecakes, dip oreo cookies, let your imagination guide you.
