Ingredients: 4 cups of arugula; 1-2 granny smith apples, cored and sliced; 1/2 cup dried cranberries; 1/2 cup pecans, chopped; 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tbsp liquid honey

1 tsp of ground black pepper, or more

Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar, seal and shake until it’s all combined. Then put it aside and make your salad. Then drizzle your dressing over the salad and mix.
