- 4 cups of arugula
- 1–2 granny smith apples, cored and sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Put the arugula in a bowl
- Place the rest of the ingredients into the bowl
- Drizzle with Honey Balsamic dressing
