When you want chips but don’t want to make the journey to the nearest grocery store, you work with what you’ve got. That’s what happened a few weeks ago on movie night. So I searched the fridge and found some leftover tortilla wraps from our last taco night and we were pretty much set. These baked tortilla chips are easy, quick, and healthier than your regular store-bought chips. Plus they were a hit with the family, so what’s not to love.
